Chemical
engineer with a doctorate in environmental engineering and has worked as a
senior researcher at the Öko-Institut since 2015. Before joining the
Öko-Institut, he worked as a research assistant at the Karlsruhe Institute of
Technology (since 2011), where he completed his doctoral thesis on
"Material flow management of biogenic household waste". His work
focuses on critical raw materials, circular economy, life cycle assessments and
material flow analyses and he thus has more than ten years of experience in the
field of waste management.
